I am late on my period but not pregnant (no sex) I have been bloated, cramping up like I would get my period but nothing. I have an increase in bowel movement , not sure why my period is so late. I also have dropped 15 pounds in a month due to working out and changing my eating habits. Now that my husband is home from deployment we have been snacking on holiday food, but what could it be.
