Missed Period, Pregnancy Symptoms, Patch Of Dizzy Spells, Cramps, Negative Pregnancy Test. What Else Other Than Pregnancy?
Hi There, I last had my period end November. I had symptoms of a pregnancy but also had a patch of dizzy spells. I did a test a week ago and it was negative. I have also experienced cramping but not sign of a period. This would not be my first pregnancy. Could there be another explanation for this other than being pregnant?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
If you din't had periods since november and your pregnancy test negative. Then there may be hormonal imbalance or some problem in genital tract.. Get done your USG abdomen and pelvis once with complete hemogram and thyroid profile. later we can decide for other investigation and diagnosis. Consult your gynaecologist for further examination and management. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
