Now she has missed period by a day and she is having low blood pressure..headaches..nausea..frequent urination. Does this mean she is pregnant.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you took emergency pill within first 24 hours of the unprotected sex, the chances of pregnancy are minimal. The symptoms she is having are normal after taking an emergency contraceptive.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
