hi doctor. i am thinking to use melacare forte cream so before i go for it i wanna know your suggestion and views of melacare forte cream. i heard from some of my friends that melacare forte cream just take out a layer of skin by which its look fairer n while we stop using it our faces becomes dark then ever before ..... thanks a lot .....

Hi yes melacare forte makes ur skin fairer and on stopping it becomes dark.melacare forte is to be used only for pathological conditions like melasma.postinflammatory hyperpigmentation but not to make skin fair.i do not think there is cream for fairness of skin but glowness can be attained by boxylak-bl or botanica cream.use curlzglow tabletsdaily once

you need to know the cause of pigmentation rather than using creams for clear skin
if you treat the ause it will be god
use clindamycin or tretinoic acid gel to get the results without its side effects and that donot cause blacknes after withdrawl of cream
