General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Firstly, the FNAC report indicates a benign disease. But, presence of lymph nodes indicates possibility of malignant change.

The most critical point is in thyroid disease, benign and malignant conditions can coexist together. So, it is better to go for hemithyroidectomy. It will confirm the situation.

Regards.
