Lump Above Breast. Was Attacked And Had Stitches & Hematoma In Breast. Due For Ultrasound. Scar Tissue?

Hello a couple of months ago I noticed a lump under my collarbone, above my right breast. About a year ago I got attacked by a bunch of girls in the city which ended in me having stitches in my right breast and a hematoma also in the right breast. Any ideas on what it is? I'm going to get an ultrasound in a week but I can not stop thinking about it? Please help doc said could be scar tissue feels like a ribs popped out?
