Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of hematoma, my treatment advice is -
1. Apply ice on the lesions twice daily.
2. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
3. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it to prevent infection.
4. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
