Brief Answer:
Recommend going ahead with potentially life-threading situation first

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would recommend getting the surgery done to remove the doubtable tissue in the breast, and if at all cancer is confirmed then removing the breast would be the best option. I would choose this over the shoulder surgery mainly because the shoulder surgery is not considered an emergency in comparison to the breast surgery (which carries potential to be life-threatening).

Shoulder replacement can be elective surgery (planned surgery), but I would suggest going ahead with the breast surgery first. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
