Lower back pain every morning, trapped wind, burping. Taking fiber, no relief. Cure?

Hi, I m suffering severe lower back pain each morning when I get up and it appears to be trapped wind as when I get up and start to move around and between burping and passing wind, the pain starts to ease. How can I avoid this terrible pain, I have cut out drinking anything with gas in it and have increased my fibre intake but to no avail.

Hi dear,
Reduce fibre intake for a few days as some of them can increase bloating and flatulence.
You can take lactulose once a day , and a combination of rabeprazole + domperidone available in a medical store 2 hours before breakfast.
This should surely cure your condition.
Tell me if you improve.
Take care.

thank you. this is a common problem. in some persons movement of GIT is less than normal & the effect of gravity is lost during sleeping period. as a result gas accumulated in the abdomen but it passes when you used to walk. try to maintain regular bowel habit. take plenty of fluid & fibre containing diet.
