How To Cure Back Pain?
I am having lower throbbing back pain when i breath deeply. Started after I had a gas pocket my right side . It shot across to my left side and has been throbbing for about 4 days now. When I breath real deep there is pain on both sides. In addition, i have had quit a bit of gas and burping a lot. Any clue?

Greetings! with regards to history , a good eating diet and regular exercise should keep you bowels healthy and give you no such problem! you can try some antacids to help with gastritis!
