Homeopath Dr. Mungara Raveendra's  Response
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns would come up with possibility AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE may be the cause for all your sufferings.

Autoimmune disease: An illness that occurs when the body tissues are attacked by its self immune system. The immune system is a multifarious organization within the body that is planned normally to "seek and destroy" invaders of the body, including infectious agents. Patients with autoimmune diseases regularly have abnormal antibodies circulating in their blood that target their own body tissues.

Examples of autoimmune diseases include Hashimoto thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, j, Addison disease, pernicious anemia, andogenic alopecia etc
-Autoimmune diseases are more frequent in women than in men. It is felt that the estrogen of females may influence the immune system to predispose some women to autoimmune diseases. Moreover, the occurrence of one autoimmune disease increases the chance for developing another concurrent autoimmune disease.

please rule out the possible underlying cause by an expert doctor, since basing on your symptoms we are unable decide the possible causes

i hope this is helpful for you
