Itchy Lump In Vagina, Cut In Vagina. What Could Be This?

Hello my name is daisy I'm 19 years old, I have this huge problem every month I get an itchy lump in my lower corner vaginal area and it's so itchy and it burns, I also get like this cut in my open ending of my vagina it feels like a paper cut, I use vagisil to cut off the itching. When I open my lips I see this white tissue all the time I am very concern help please!

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection with super added bacterial infection during period due to poor local hygiene.
Go for anti-fungal and antibiotic medicines courses after consulting your doctor.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy daily but give more care during period.
