Brief Answer:
Irritant contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description and the images you uploaded, its most likely contact dermatitis. Topical betamethasone or hydrocortisone in combination with mupirocin would help in resolution of the allergic response and treat any superimposed bacterial infection. Keep the area clean and dry, till then.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
