Is Wysolone Effective For Eye Infections?

Hello.. recently my mother had a cataract surgery today 1 week is completed but there is no improvement in her vision till now ? moreover there is an injury in her eye due to which her eye is red doctor prescribed her wysolene. is it safe to take wysolene? and how long will it take to improve her vision?

post operative ly wysolone and antibiotic is recommended. vision improvement depends on condition of retina and and success of surgery. doctor in post operative checkup can only say about prognosis.
