Is There Are Chances Of A Natural Pregnancy In The Case Of Bilateral Cysts In The Ovaries?

Hi Doc,

m Pooja from Bangalore. I have bilateral cysts in the ovaries. Also my AMH results are worst. I am 28 years old, wanna get pregnant asap. Doc has adviced me on Novelon and Ovares tablets. Is there no chance fa me to get pregnant naturally?? Without IVF or so?? Kindly advice if I have to go fa second opinion or... anything of that sort.

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

1. Track your periods - first day of your cycle = day#1
2. Abstain from intercourse until day #10
3. Have intercourse on 10/12/14/16
4. Use over-the counter ovulation kits to determine your timing
5. Have your partner get a semen analysis
6. Make sure that you are tested for thyroid disease, prolactin levels and PCOS
7. Definitely get a second opinion before starting these medications

I hope that this helps and good luck!
