Is There Any Relation Between Anxiety And Heart Rate?
Friends, When ever I got anxious about something my heart beat rates increased the same condition I notices if I Really got Anger on some one and make my mood to fight with, even a sudden unknown or fierce noise makes my heart beats increased. I have swelling in both ankles from last 2 years which disappear if I take 3-4 hrs long walk but swelling come again if I do some work with seating 7-8 hrs. I meet Doctors (MD) all said Nothing to Worry and give me Water Pill, have no swelling if consume Pills but swelling return as soon as I complete the course. I have frequent headache after chock up of nostril . Is all above General Problem due to wrong diet or lifestyle or I really need to see any other Doctor? I m 5.5 / Male with 75kg weight.
Increased heart beats associated with emotional outbursts is normal. It is how the heart reacts to situations where the mind rules.
Ur swelling is not normal. It just shows that U are not taking in enough water. The best diuretic is water and not a pill. The pill will worsen ur condition and it is for this reason that when U stop taking the pill, ur swelling returns.
For ur swelling to subside, hydrate urself with 4 liters of water a day. That is 16 glasses of a 250 ml/glass. That is the required volume for a 75 Kg. Since U have swelling as of now, start hydrating with 2.5 liters first then increase it gradually to 4 liters as ur swelling subsides. Increased intake of water will open up ur kidneys to pass out more urine and so will cause ur swelling to disappear in time. Always have ur urine color slightly yellow to clear. When ur swelling disappears for good, add 1/4 tsp of sea salt to every liter of water. This will help hydrate ur body more efficiently. Salt hold water. This will keep U fine for long. Avoid coffee, tea, sodas, chocolates and alcoholic beverages. These are dehydrating substances and will make ur condition worse.
When well hydrated, ur headache will also disappear and so does the clogged nose.
