Is there any problem for masturbating every day ?

HELLO SIR I M 24 MALE I MDOING MASTURBATION SINCE IM 16 YRS OLD AND DOIN EVERY DAY, DID IT EFFECT MY HEALTH , FERTILITY AND WHAT ARE THE DISADVANTAGES AND HOW TO OVERCOME. SIR MY PROBLEM IS MY WEIGHT IS INCREASE, BALDNESS AND EARLY DISCHARGE

Hi Rohan,

Masturbation DOES NOT affect your fertility nor will it have any "disadvantages" as oyu put it. IT ALSO DOES NOT EFFECT YOUR HEALTH IN ANY WAY.

For weight management, physical exercise and healthy diet should be the first port of call.

If you mean by "early discharge" premature ejaculation and if that is a problem, then an andrologist would be the most relevant professional.

and For baldness, a deramtologist.

Masturbation is a safest outlet for ur sexual urges which comes naturally in this age.
Research shows Masturbation doesnt affect in anyway to ur ur fertility or ur health,but myths, anxiety,and lack of knowledge about it affect ur health.
Baldness comes genetically.... and to rulout other cause of baldness pls conult to dermatologist.
