Have Chronic Stress. Will No Hair Loss Product Work? How Can I Help My Hair?

I heard that if you have chronic stress , no hair loss product will work to restore or regrow hair until the stress is relieved, is this correct? I take 1000mg of Saw Palmetto, 1000 mg of Biolin, use Ducray Anastim Chronostim (started 4 days ago), and take a multvitamin with B100 complex. I suffer from manic depression as well.

Hello,

Yes, stress may cause hair loss. So do regular exercise and yoga may useful.

Supplementation of zinc or magnesium may helpful.

Check for hypothyroidism or anemia or fungal infection etc.

If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
