Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Had Unprotected Vaginal Sex?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with my gf...she is 17 n she is scared of being pregnant......we had sex 48hrs before....i ejaculated outside her vagina.
Last night she felt a pain in her vagina n saw sperm near her vagina entrance....
Is dere any chance of being pregnant?
Will emergency contraceptive pills help?
Please reply fast...i am tensed...

Emergency contraceptive pills are most effective when taken within the first 72 hours.
