Is There Any Possibility Of Pregnancy As I Am Having Minor Cramping And Tiredness?

I had sex with my boyfriend about two nights ago, and noticed that I had bled a little bit, however it was a brownish color. I'm on the mirena iud, for about 3 and a half years. Never had a period on it until about 6 months ago, it was pretty regular since i got them. I was supposed to get my period on Dec, 4th but never did. Then about two nights ago, I bled a little after sex ( a brown color ) haven't bled anymore. I've been having minor cramping, and I've been super tired, and moody the last week or so, what's wrong with me ? Am I pregnant?

When was the advised time for a change in the mirena IUD? Although the mirena IUD is said to be safe till up to 5 years after insertion, there have been rare cases in which its efficacy has reduced earlier. So pregnancy will have to be ruled out.

But once pregnancy has been ruled out the cause for your presentation can be pinpointed out to the hormonal changes caused by the IUD.
