is there any chances of pregnancy even if UNWANTED 72 pills is taken after 12 hours of unprotected sex . A month and 10 days have passed since my wife had her menstural cycle . The sexual intercourse had occured just a day after her last menstural cycle ended.

That still leaves a 5 % chance of pregnancy.
I dont think that applies in your case, as unprotected intercourse happened just a day after her cycle ended.
THen the odds of pregnancy are less.
Also, the emergency contraceptive pill can delay your periods by a week , or more, upto ten days.
SO the delay could be due to that.
