Is There A Possibility That Corpus Luteum Will Ovulate?

Hi Doc I wanna ask if there is possible that corpus luteum will ovulate. I undergo TVS but the result said is an empty well gestational sac with no yolk sac nor fetal pole appreciated yet. But the TVS said it is intrauterine pregnancy less than 5 weeks AOG by MSD. I m so depress coz I want to have a baby

1.Its too early to say its a failure, though 5 weeks we normally see on TVS.
2.Suggest a followup scan after 2 weeks of confirmation.
3.No Corpus L Cyst will not help in this case, it will break as the time passes.
4.Hope for the best and get the scan done.
