Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear User,
Thanks for using health care magic.

From the available description it appears that your anxiety symptoms are not resolved with standard dose of paxil.
Other than paxil there are multiple drugs that help in anxiety. These are prozac, laxapro, fluvox, zoloft, buspar, pristiq among others.

As these are the prescription drug talk to your psychiatrist to find out the right drug for you. If you do not find any psychiatrist nearby you contact the online platform.
I will be pleased to help you.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
