Is There A Better Medicine Than Paxil For Anxiety?

i suffer from anxiety have been taking paxil do not seem to be getting better it was ok for awhile but now it is getting hard to go out again have increased the dose but i hate all the side effects is there something better out there and will i have to wean off the paxil first before trying something new.

Other than paxil there are multiple drugs that help in anxiety. These are prozac, laxapro, fluvox, zoloft, buspar, pristiq among others.
