I applied quadriderm on it but it didn't showed up any result. Please advice me some food cream for skin. Hi. Welcome to healthcaremagic.

Seems to me a case of a fungal infection of the groin folds/Tinea cruris.

Quadriderm contains a potent steroid and it should not be used ever in the groin folds because of the fear of causing steroid related side effects like skin thinning and striae.

If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use a cream containing a topical antifungal like clotrimazole either alone or used in combination with a mild topical steroid like beclomethasone(clotrimazole + beclomethasone combination cream).

I would have also preferred to put you on oral antifungals like either fluconazole OR terbinafine for a faster and more complete relief.

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine once daily can be taken for symptomatic relief of itching.

regards
