Is Orbit Correction Possible 9 Years After The Damage?

I had a car accident in 2002.My left orbital was fractured.My eye sits back a little from the right eye.It is noticible more when I am tired,my eye lid is always darker,and my eye acts like a lazy eye..I would like to have my orbital put back in the normal position.Is this still possible after 9 years.It is becoming more noticible and it makes me self conscieous.

I think it is still posible. you have to consult orthopedic surgeon after all required investigation seeing old record he will give his views.
