Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Face After Treated Fracture

is it natural for steel plates in face to cause pain. i fractured skull in four places 20 years ago and have plates and screws around my left orbit. i have headaches especially when barometric pressure changes, like the day before a storm...could plates cause that? i still have nerve damage and numbness in my face, too...

Hello,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you fractured skull in four places 20 years ago and have plates and screws around your left orbit. You have headaches especially when barometric pressure changes, like the day before a storm.You want to know that could plates cause that . In my opinion many patients who has got injury and operated got such pains when barometric pressure changes, like the day before a storm, it may be related to increased humidity in environment which increases pain sensitivity.
