Is It Safe To Travel By Plane After A Severe Subchronic Bleed?

Hi today I am 14 weeks pregnant and had a severe subchronic bleed at 7 weeks. Now i have an anterior low placenta and cervix is at 2.7cm. In my earlier pregnancy I had a placenta previa with macdonalds stitch. My question is can i travel by plane short flight of 2 hours?
