Is It Safe To Take Atorvastatin And Fenofibrate As I Am Experiencing Frequent Loose Motion?
To control high triglycerides and cholesterol, l took atorvastatin 10mg and fenofibrate 35mg after diner everyday for 24 days and stoppefd due to frequent loose motion (semi solid, watery stool with gaseous distention, flatulence, fault smell retching). Please advise.

They are known to produce diarrhea due to altered bile load in the stool. If the problem persists, first you need to try either of them one by one and choose the least possible dose that suits you.
If it still persists, consult the doctor who prescribed it and ask for alternatives.
