What Medicine Should Be Consumed To Control Stomach Pain And Loose Motion?
Hello doctor... I am 47 yrs old, male. I am having stomach pain and loose motion. Pain as well loose motion is not severe but I get slight pain and then I get loose motion. I had once Zanocin oz. can I continue with this or can I take Imodium capsule to control loose motion. Please advice.

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrheal symptoms may not be due to infection but it seems to be due to dyspepsia and it is the self limiting condition, just care need to be taken for dehydration, it is better to avoid the Imodium because it can only check the diarrhea and for sure it causes the paralytic ileus which could be dangerous hope this information helps.
