Is It Safe To Have Intercourse On The Fourth Day Of Period?

Hi there I need help, my girlfriend has been on birth control for over 6 month she is on her green week sugar pills so she s on her period I think day 4 of her period she isn t bleeding much if at all we had sex and ejaculated in her we are really scared we normally are safe about it. We don t know what we should do or who to ask were still I m high school both 18

Yes, it is very safe. However, this is not an ideal method to protect yourself against unplanned or unwanted pregnancy. I will suggest that you talk with your doctor and choose a contraceptive method so that you can have greater control over your sexual and reproductive life. Also, condoms protect against STDs.
