Hello and welcome to HCM,
An intramural myoma measuring 4.7x3.4 cm can interfere with continuation of pregnancy.
It can interfere with implantation of the zygote and if implantation does place, it can compromise the space which should be occupied by the developing fetus.
Since there is history of pregnancy loss, there is risk of similar complication in future pregnancy.
You need to consult your gynecologist for further management of the myoma.
It may have to be removed.
Myoma can be removed without removing the uterus.

Thanks and take care
