i am 30 weeks+3 days and am having sharp pains in my lower abdomen on the right side the pains are bad enough to take my breath away but not coming at regular intervals they are followed by period type pains.I have thrush an vb and am being traeted for both. Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion Urin examination might be needed to rule out urine infection. As it also might present with similar picture. And get a physical examination done to know if the vaginal infections are cleared and to rule out any preterm pains.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres.Take rest and avoid physical strain. The discomfort can also be due to distended abdomen.Relax.Dont worry.
