Is It Normal To Have No Heartbeat One Month After Pregnancy?
my wife is pregnant for 1month 15days but sonography report says that there is no heartbeat in embryo & give medicines of susten 200mg capsule for internal use susten 200mg injection folic acid vitB12 capsules etc. & Doctor says that abotion is the last option if there is no heart beat I am very scared about my wife please suggest

I understand your concerns.Cardiac activity in the fetus usually comes around 7- 8 weeks of pregnancy.
As your wife is almost 6 weeks pregnant,you can wait for 2 more weeks for cardiac activity.If heart beat is not found after 2 weeks also,fetus is not viable and its better to go for abortion,which is safe for your wife.
