Is It Bad To Drink Or Eat Sour Foods During Periods ?
Is drinking or eating something that is sour bad for my daughter because she is having her menstruation now . Some of my friends are telling me that it is bad for my daughter or it is bad for someone that is mestruating ?

hi,thanks for query.Diet has nothing to do with menstrual cycle.If she is having painful periods than give her light diet during the period to avoid more discomfort,otherwise type does not matter.

hi welcome to health care magic.see its all wrong belief there is no relation of food with mensruation.if she having compaining of pain during periods she avoid spicy food.
