Is Intermittent Pain In Testicle Mostly After Sex A Cause For STI?

One testical has been feeling dull pain every now and then sometimes for hours and sometimes not for a couple of days but have noticed that the one that gives this pain is firmer than the other any ideas ? Sometimes my urine is strong and sometimes cloudy other times quite clear. Same sexual partner for 6 years usually symptoms the day after sex but not always is this a Sti ?

Thanks for writing in.

If you have been having sex with a single partner for 6 years and no other symptoms then it is unlikely to be a sexually transmitted infection. There might be a benign condition in your testis which is causing intermittent pain. This can be due to something like a cyst and needs further confirmation by doing ultrasound scan of testis. It can also be due to an inguino scrotal condition. Please consult your doctor and get your testis ultrasound done.
