Hi,Welcome with your query to HCM virtual Clinic.
I reviewed all the details of your query,in context of treatment for ganglion removal during wrist arthroscopy
Based on the facts of your query,You seems to have answer is YES,as during wrist arthroscopy,Ganglion removal is established and Standard procedure with lease recurrences after its removal,as compared with open surgical removal.
You may be discharged same day as its a Day Surgical Procedure,if all things go well.
Dressing would be pressure dressing with or without wrist splint for immobilization of the joint for fast wound healing.

Hope this reply would help you to plan treatment with your doctors and resolve your worries.

Will appreciate writing excellent review and feedback comments to help the needy patient visitors like you at HCM.

Welcome any further query and information in this regard.
