Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Firstly I will suggest you not to get panic. Antibody is the protective system of the body against various infections. Rubella is a virus infection. Test result IgG positive means body has already developed immunity against Rubella infection in the past. It indicates that your spouse has already built defense against Rubella. So please do not worry about it.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
