Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Iron and folic acid has no side effect such as laziness or tiredness. These symptoms are due to hormonal changes in pregnancy and are completely normal. You shouldaalso get your thyroid hormone levels checked to rule out hypothyroidism which also has such symptoms.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
