Is Dizziness, sweating And Nausea Due To Head Injury?

My husband suffered a head injury last year from falling off of a roof. His skull was fractured and he had some bleeding on the brain.

This morning he woke up dizzy, sweating and with nausia. Could this be a result of the fall this far out? Please help.

Hello,

Yes, complains what you are having is mostly because of the head injury only, but we should rule out the other causes of dizziness, nausea, and sweating.

Is your Husband taking any medications for Diabetes or Hypertension? Is the old injury completely healed? Monitor his Blood Pressure regularly.

So, if the severity of the above said symptoms is high, then please consult your Neuro Surgeon doctor immediately, you may need MRV if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
