Is Dizziness Common After Undergoing Cataract Surgery?

My aunt had cataract surgery approximately four weeks. The first eye procedure seemed to go fine, but ever since the second eye was done she has been having sever dizzy spells. She has had blood tests, etc all returning normal. And eye surgeon says her eyes are healing fine and vision is good. She is 68 and in good health.
