Is Calpol Sufficient To Treat Coughing, Sneezing And Cold In A Child?

Sir, Good afternoon. My son is 1 year old and he suddenly fallen sick. Basically he is suffering from cough and cold due sudden fluctuation in the weather condition. He is coughing, sneezing and little bit of temperature is also there. As he is in country-side right now, his mom took him to the nearest clinic over there and following medicines have been prescribed for him: 1. Clamp Kid Forte 2. Solvin Cold 3. Servil Junior 4. Nasoclear and 5. Calpol (18 drops on sos basis). Please advise whether the medicines prescribed are in order considering his age and present health condition. His weight is 9.9 Kg. yeah these medicines are in order considering his age.cough and cold is usualy caused by viral infection and is self limiting.these medications just help in quick recovery.
