Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Breast pain and pain in the abdomen are not the necessary symptoms of an early pregnancy. Pulling pain along with cramps can be felt due to the traversing blastocyst and also as part of the stretch effect on the supporting ligaments of the uterus as it increases in size. Since you tested positive for pregnancy even after consuming the emergency pill, you should see a specialist for proper guidance. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, must be done to note the status of the pregnancy. Hope this helps.
