Hello
It seems from the history that you are having flaoters in right eye. Floaters are usually caused by posterior segment problems and it is not caused by cataract. Cataract causes blurring of vision.
Since you are a diabetic and having floaters associated with blurring of vision you require evaluation of the posterior segment by indirect ophthalmoscopy.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination to rule out posterior segment problems.

Thank you
