Hello ma'am and welcome.

Glucophage was prescribed for the luteal cyst noted in your right ovary. Your pregnancy status has yet to be confirmed due to inadequate information from the previous scan, this can happen sometimes due to an early scan.

Conception has certainly taken place, but a miscarriage is suspected. Please try to take as much bed rest and continue with the medications prescribed.

Wishing you lots of luck.
