Is Cialis A Light Duty Medicine?

I have been taking Cialis and it barely works. It allows the penis to become inflated during foreplay but it deflates during the exercise of intercourse. My doctor said I am taking the maximum dose. To add to the problem, I am on anti-hypertension meds and anti-depression meds. Is Cialis a light duty med?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tadalafil (Cialis) is one of the most popular erectile dysfunction (ED) drugs. If using Cialis 10mg or Cialis 20mg, take your tablet at least half an hour before engaging in sexual intercourse. The medicine will usually remain effective for up to 36 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family physician
