Please help me- I am a 35 year old woman who has been having Palpitations on and off since January-in the past two weeks I had two scary episodes which involved my heart racing. I went to the ER, got an ecg done and now it seems that I now have a Bifascicular block(RBBB with LPF). A chest x-ray came back normal as well as blood tests for Cardiac Enymes etc. Apart from the Palpitations I am in excellent health. I'm due for an outpatient follow up -with an echo and holter etc in a few weeks. I'm totally freaked out and have told no-one including my family as they would get hysterical over this. I looked up the Internet and found that a bifascicular block is often caused by Aortic Stenosis(which can be caused by a childhood infection). I think this is the most likely cause as there is absolutely no history of heart trouble in my family. I've looke up Aortic Stenosis on the Internet and it seems pretty horrific.

Am I going to die or have a reduced life expectancy? I'm out of my mind with worry
