Is It Safe To Have Pacemaker Despite Suffering From Right Bundle Branch Block?

Sir my grand mom have. 1st degree AV block and Right bundle branch block and also left anterior fascicular block i.e. Bifascicular block.Her age is 80. Sir i want to know that pacemaker implant is right or not. And which type of pacemaker have to be implant.

1st degree av block with RBBB generally doesn’t require a pacemaker until unless associated with advanced heart block.
