Hello and welcome to HCM,
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)is characterized by failure of ovaries to ovulate.
Many follicles in the ovary are formed but none of them matures to rerlease ovum.
This condition is characterized by low levels of LH.
PCOS is managed by clomiphene citrate and metformin.
Your doctor has prescribed these drugs.
After starting this therapy, follicular scan needs to be done to look for the maturation of the follicles and release of the ovum.
When ovulation starts (will be seen in the follicular scan) pregnancy can be planned around the time of ovulation.
The treatment is correct but it may take some more time for ovulation to take place.

Don't worry and take care
