congratulations on your marriage! there are many possible reasons that your period came early this time. in general, it is not uncommon to occasionally have a period that comes early or late, and if often happens at times of great stress or even great happiness in your life. so this may just be a one time event that will resolve as your life gets back to normal into a new routine.

it is also possible that you became pregnant, and the early bleeding may have been spotting due onthe pregnancy, or even a very early pregnancy loss. it wouldn't be a bad idea to take a home pregnancy test to make sure.

if this problem persists, you should consider calling your doctor to check for other hormonal problems that can affect your periods, such as thyroid problems and others.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any more questions
