ok I am forty seven years old and notice a orange discharge before my period I went to the doctor to see if I had kidney infection negative and a unitary tract infection is negative I have had my tubes tide from 1995 and with in the last three month my periods have been crazy one month there was no bleeding just the orange discharge and this month only one day of regular bleeding and that's it but I and still have the stomach cramp feeling weakness

Since you are in the perimenopausal age, it is natural for all sorts of menstrual irregularities to present themselves. Nevertheless, you should have regular checkup every six months with your gynecologist. You may also need to have trans-vaginal sonograms occasionally.
